目的:观察链脲菌素诱导建立的糖尿病妊娠大鼠模型中胎盘的结构改变。方法:雌性SD大鼠,按65 mg/kg剂量腹腔注射链脲菌素,3天后测定血糖,血糖浓度超过250 mg/dl即为成功的糖尿病大鼠模型。正常和糖尿病组雌性大鼠与雄鼠合笼后,通过阴道涂片确定是否交配成功,记录妊娠天数。HE染色观察妊娠第21天的胎盘形态结构。结果:链脲菌素能可靠地诱导建立糖尿病大鼠模型。与正常妊娠组大鼠比较,糖尿病妊娠组大鼠的胎盘组织分层界限不明显,细胞分布疏松紊乱,细胞间间隙变大,毛细血管分布减少,且少见红细胞。结论:糖尿病妊娠状态下,大鼠胎盘结构可发生改变。
Objective: To observe the structural changes of placenta in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rat model of pregnancy. Methods: Female SD rats were injected intraperitoneally with streptozotocin at the dose of 65 mg / kg and blood glucose was measured after 3 days. The blood glucose level of more than 250 mg / dl was the successful model of diabetic rats. Normal and diabetic female rats and male rats caged, vaginal smear to determine whether the mating success, record the number of days of pregnancy. HE staining to observe the placental morphology on the 21st day of pregnancy. Results: Streptozotocin can reliably induce the establishment of diabetic rat model. Compared with normal pregnancy group, placental tissue stratification was not obvious in diabetic pregnancy group, the cells were loosely distributed, the intercellular space became larger, the distribution of capillaries decreased, and rare erythrocytes were found. Conclusion: The structure of placenta in diabetic rats may change during pregnancy.
