《中国共产党纲领》 1921年7月中国共产党第一次全国代表大会通过。仅有俄、英两种文本。《纲领》规定:“我党定名为‘中国共产党’。”党的基本任务有4条。 《中国共产党的第一个决议》 1921年7月党的“一大”通过。决议分6部分:工人组织;宣传;工人补习学校;研究第二组织的机构;对现有各政党的态度;党与第三国际的关系。 《中国共产党章程》 1922年7月党的“二大”通过。是党的第一个正式的党章。章程分6章:党员;组织;会议;纪律;经费;附则。计29条。中心是建立严密的各级组织,加强纪律性。
