创业是经济发展的引擎。加快发展创业型经济,对“十二五”时期推动吉林省进一步稳定扩大就业、加快技术创新具有重要的战略意义。当前,吉林省创业发展模式中创业带动就业成效显著,但创新型创业对经济的推动作用还没有形成规模。从政府层面看,未来几年要完善吉林省创业政策扶持体系,还应该从创业文化、创业集群建设、创业教育和培训、创业融资等多方面寻求创新和突破。
Entrepreneurship is the engine of economic development. Accelerating the development of an entrepreneurial economy is of strategic importance to promoting further stable employment growth and speeding up technological innovation in Jilin Province during the “12th Five-Year Plan”. At present, the entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial employment effect in Jilin Province’s entrepreneurial development model is remarkable, but the role of innovative entrepreneurship in promoting the economy has not yet reached a certain scale. From the governmental level, it is necessary to improve the supporting system for starting a business in Jilin Province in the next few years, and also seek innovations and breakthroughs in many aspects such as starting a business culture, starting a business cluster, starting education and training, and starting a business venture.
