兰州市委文书档案跃进办公室去年十二月廿七日,在兰州石油机械厂,召开了技术档案资料工作经验交流现场会议,兰州市各厂矿企业单位、省级机关工业交通系统的技术档案资料工作人员和文书档案人员八十余人参加了会议,会上主要由石油机械厂、西固热电厂介绍了开展技术档案资料工作的方法和经验。这两个单位的技术档案资料工作。在党委领导的重视和支持下,作出了不少成绩,如石油机械厂,在钢铁生产中设计的冲天炉、贝氏炉的图纸,资料室复制了四十多套,不仅供应了兰州市各单位的需要,河北、河南、四川等省还采用了这个方法。
On December 27 last year, Lanzhou Municipal Party Committee Archives and Records Office held a site meeting on exchange of experience in technical archival materials and information files of technical archives of industrial transport systems of provincial level in Lanzhou Petrochemical Plant. And more than 80 file archivists attended the conference. At the meeting, the methods and experiences of carrying out technical archival materials work were mainly introduced by Petroleum Machinery Plant and Xigang Thermal Power Plant. The two units of technical file information work. With the great attention and support of the party committee leaders, many achievements have been made. For example, the petroleum machinery factory, the blueprints designed in the iron and steel production, the drawings and the reference rooms of the furnace of Baishi have duplicated more than 40 sets of equipment, not only supplying Lanzhou Unit needs, Hebei, Henan, Sichuan and other provinces also adopted this method.
