通过透射电镜观察证实,吡喹酮对华支睾吸虫的皮层仃明显的损害作用,而且这种损害是杀虫作用的重要因素(1.2)。在此基础上,本文就吡喹酮对华支睾吸虫皮层表面的影响进一步作了扫描电镜观察。
Observation by transmission electron microscopy confirmed that praziquantel had a significant detrimental effect on the cortical layer of Clonorchis sinensis, and this damage was an important factor in insecticidal action (1.2). On this basis, this paper further on the impact of praziquantel on the cortical surface of Clonorchis sinensis observed by scanning electron microscopy.
