金融危机发生后,能源需求减缓,企业效益下降,煤、电、油、运矛盾缓解,为能源行业休养生息、解决深层次矛盾提供了重要机遇。一是为我国引进先进能源技术和装备创造了更有利的条件。近年来,我国能源技术和装备虽然有了很大进步,但很多方面与国际先进水平相比还有差距。
After the financial crisis, energy demand slowed down, corporate profits declined, and coal, electricity, oil and transportation contradictions alleviated. This provided an important opportunity for the energy industry to recuperate and solve deep-seated conflicts. First, China has introduced more advanced energy technologies and equipment to create more favorable conditions. In recent years, although China’s energy technology and equipment have made great progress, there are still many gaps compared with the international advanced level in many aspects.
