目的:探讨老年人内窥镜鼻窦手术并发症发生原因及预防。方法:回顾性分析320例老年鼻窦内窥镜手术中36例并发症情况。结果:36例并发症中,纸板损伤5例,出血大于200 ml者8例,鼻中隔穿孔2例,鼻腔粘连17例,房颤2例,脑出血1例,急性心肌梗死1例。并发症发生率为11.25%(36/320)。结论:术前控制原发疾病,术中术后密切观察,术后定期随访可以有效减少并发症。
Objective: To investigate the causes and prevention of complication of endoscopic sinus surgery in the elderly. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 320 cases of senile endoscopic sinus surgery in 36 cases of complications. Results: Among the 36 cases, there were 5 cases of cardboard injury, 8 cases of hemorrhage> 200 ml, 2 cases of nasal septum perforation, 17 cases of nasal adhesions, 2 cases of atrial fibrillation, 1 case of cerebral hemorrhage and 1 case of acute myocardial infarction. The complication rate was 11.25% (36/320). Conclusion: Preoperative control of primary disease, intraoperative and postoperative close observation, regular follow-up after surgery can effectively reduce the complications.
