由于近年来国际能源紧张,能源价格不断上涨,各国都加大了生物质可再生能源的研究力度。发展生物质能源已成为解决全球能源危机的理想途径之一。林业生物质能源作为生物质能源的重要组成部分,正面临着历史的发展机遇。加速发展林业生物质能源,有利于缓解能源、粮食、环境问题,有利于解决“三农”问题、发展山区经济,既符合中国国情,又顺应国际发展趋势,大力发展林业生物质能源凸显国家战略,是我国生物质能源发展的基本特色和战略重点,也是我国成为生物质能源开发利用强国的必由之路。
Due to the international energy shortage and rising energy prices in recent years, all countries have stepped up research on biomass renewable energy. The development of biomass energy has become one of the ideal ways to solve the global energy crisis. As an important part of biomass energy, forestry biomass energy is facing the development opportunity of history. Speeding up the development of forestry biomass energy is conducive to alleviating the energy, food and environmental problems and solving the “three rural issues.” Developing the mountainous areas economy is not only in keeping with China’s national conditions, but also in line with the international trend of development and the development of forestry biomass energy. The national strategy is the basic feature and strategic focus of the development of biomass energy in our country and also the only way for our country to become a powerful country for the development and utilization of biomass energy.
