最近几年,伴随则高等教育体制改革的不断推进,艺术院校教学环境发生了巨大的变化,面对环境的改变,艺术院校纷纷开始或者准备开始进行教学管理模式的改革。很多艺术院校都制定了教学管理模式改革的方案,寄希望通过教学模式改革来实现教学管理水平的不断提升,然而大部分艺术院校的教学管理模式改革方案并没有取得预期的效果,究其原因就是改革方案没有得到有效的实施。在此背景下,本文结合我校教学管理模式改革方案的实施情况,总结一些经验策略,希望能够给正在实施教学管理模式改革方案的艺术院校带来有益思考。
In recent years, along with the continuous advancement of higher education system reform, the teaching environment of art academies has undergone tremendous changes. Facing the environmental changes, art colleges and universities have begun or are ready to begin the reform of teaching management modes. Many art colleges and universities have made plans for the reform of teaching management mode. They hope that the teaching management level will be continuously improved through the reform of teaching mode. However, most of the programs of teaching management reform in art colleges and universities have not achieved the expected results. The reason is that the reform program has not been effectively implemented. In this context, this article combines the implementation of the reform program of teaching management mode in our university, sums up some experience and tactics, and hopes to bring beneficial thinking to the art colleges that are implementing the teaching management mode reform program.
