[目的]回顾分析外阴白色病变患者应用雌激素后的临床效果。[方法]收治外阴白色病变患者40例,随机分为超声聚焦治疗A组和B组,A组患者超声治疗后期给予含雌激素的药物涂抹,B组患者超声治疗后期给予不含雌激素的药物涂抹。1、3、6个月后评估其临床症状、体征和性生活改善情况。[结果]A组患者的外阴恢复情况、性生活改善情况明显好于B组,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。[结论]应用雌激素能明显改善外阴白色病变患者的恢复情况。
[Objective] To retrospectively analyze the clinical effect of estrogen in patients with vulvar white lesions. [Method] Forty patients with vulvar white lesions were randomly divided into group A and group B by ultrasound focusing. Patients in group A were treated with estrogen-containing drugs at the later stage of ultrasound treatment. Patients in group B were treated with estrogen-free drugs smear. After 1,3,6 months to assess their clinical symptoms, signs and sexual life improvement. [Results] The recovery of vulva and the improvement of sexual life in group A were significantly better than that in group B, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The application of estrogen can significantly improve the recovery of patients with white lesions of vulva.
