87年6月5日上午,由冶金局主持,在上海矽钢片厂召开了向刘振元副市长汇报从美国Allied公司引进“非晶态合金制造及应用技术项目”工作情况及专家讨论会,市政府,计委、经委、科委、外经委、财政局、中国人民银行交通银行、电气联合公司及电力,变压器和冶金等部门共14个单位的43位代表出席了会议。冶金局副局长顾德骥等人汇报了引进工作的进展情况。在最近一次与Allied公司的会谈上,已签订了初步意向书。
On the morning of June 5, 1987, chaired by the Metallurgical Bureau, the vice mayor of Liu Zhenyuan was briefed by Shanghai Metallurgical Works on the work of introducing the “Amorphous Alloy Manufacturing and Application Technology Project” from Allied Company of the United States and an expert seminar. 43 delegates from 14 units including the municipal government, the Planning Commission, the Economic Commission, the Science and Technology Commission, the Foreign Economic Commission, the Finance Bureau, the Bank of Communications of People’s Bank of China, the United Electric Company, and the power, transformer and metallurgical departments attended the meeting. Gu Deji, deputy director of Metallurgical Bureau and others reported the progress of the introduction of work. At the most recent meeting with Allied, a preliminary letter of intent was signed.
