华东水利管理信息网96年度年会于10月27日至10月31日在山东省烟台市召开。参加会议的有江苏、浙江、上海、福建、山东、安徽、江西等省(市)水利(水电)厅(局)以及水利部太湖流域管理局、水利部淮委等九个网员单位的正、副主任,(工管处长)、秘书、联络员共37人,山东省水利厅邱沛副厅长到会指导,并讲了话。会议由华东信息网主任太湖局副总工徐萼琛主持,本次年会的中心内容为:1.各省市实施“科教兴水”战略,在工程
Huadong Hydraulic Management Information Network 96 Annual Conference was held October 27 to October 31 in Yantai City, Shandong Province.
