根据圆柱外螺纹滚丝原理,大连机车车辆工厂试成了圆锥管螺纹滚丝新工艺方法。经内燃机车零件批量生产验证,滚丝质量完全达到产品设计要求。本文介绍了圆锥管螺纹滚丝方法并介绍了在普通车床上适应小批量生产的滚丝装置。
According to the cylindrical external thread rolling principle, Dalian Rolling Stock Vehicle Factory has become a new method of conical pipe thread rolling. After mass production of diesel locomotive parts verification, rolling quality fully meet the product design requirements. This paper introduces the conical pipe thread rolling method and introduces the thread rolling device adapted to small batch production in the ordinary lathe.
