Hotspots (or hot columns) have not yet been able to explain the evolution of the mantle by tectonic frameworks and geochemical shelves. Hotspots are relatively fixed, long-term thermal anomalies in the mantle, providing magma enriched with various trace elements for marine islands and the interior of the continent. In view of mantle action process and mantle chemical evolution, although alkaline volcanic rocks are not as rich as deep-sea tholeiitic basalts, alkaline volcanism associated with hot spots is a very important process. The processes of oceanic crustal and lithospheric hyperplasia and subduction clearly explain most of the material exiting the upper mantle, and the study of oceanic basalts makes an important contribution to the part of the mantle that is providing these magmas
