运用超声波作用原理,改变菌丝体胞壁对庆大霉素(gentamicin,GM)的吸附性能,使部分被胞壁吸附的GM释放到发酵液中,从而解除胞内产物抑制,促进产物合成。研究表明,超声波在线处理GM发酵液的最佳剂量为95μA×0.08s×5/ml发酵液,最佳处理间隔40~50min,运用超声波处理80~90h龄的发酵液可明显提高GM发酵效价1.5倍
