This article reports a case of perinatal cardiomyopathy, postpartum five heart failure, three cardiac arrest at 52 minutes, 28 minutes, 7 minutes recovery success. The key to successful resuscitation is to synchronize chest compression and airway pressure with high-dose epinephrine.
