目的研究GATA3在乳腺癌中表达的敏感性,重点探讨其在乳腺癌鉴别诊断中的价值。方法采用免疫组化方法检测乳腺癌组织中GATA3的表达,其中原发性乳腺癌52例,转移性乳腺癌35例。同时检测Mammaglobin和GCDFP-15的表达作为对照。结果 GATA3、Mammaglobin和GCDFP-15在原发性乳腺癌中的阳性率分别为85%、79%和48%,三者在转移性乳腺癌中的阳性率分别为94%、69%和46%。GATA3在两组乳腺癌中的阳性率均高于Mammaglobin和GCDFP-15。结论GATA3在乳腺癌中的表达敏感性高于Mammaglobin和GCDFP-15,对乳腺癌的诊断、尤其是转移性乳腺癌的鉴别诊断具有重要价值。
Objective To study the expression of GATA3 in breast cancer and to explore its value in the differential diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods The expression of GATA3 in breast cancer tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, including 52 cases of primary breast cancer and 35 cases of metastatic breast cancer. The expression of Mammaglobin and GCDFP-15 was also tested as a control. Results The positive rates of GATA3, Mammaglobin and GCDFP-15 in primary breast cancer were 85%, 79% and 48% respectively. The positive rates of GATA3, Mammaglobin and GCDFP-15 in metastatic breast cancer were 94%, 69% and 46% . The positive rates of GATA3 in both groups of breast cancer were higher than those of Mammaglobin and GCDFP-15. Conclusion The expression of GATA3 in breast cancer is more sensitive than Mammaglobin and GCDFP-15, which is of great value in the diagnosis of breast cancer, especially in the differential diagnosis of metastatic breast cancer.
