目的 :通过塞隆骨抗炎作用研究 ,观察塞隆骨抗炎作用 ;方法 :采用蛋清和甲醛炎症模型 ,采用冷冻法观察抗寒冷作用 ;结果 :塞隆骨对大鼠蛋清性关节炎有明显的预防作用 ,对大鼠甲醛性关节炎有明显治疗作用 ,且呈量效关系 ,与同剂量虎骨作用强度相当 ;塞隆骨还能显著延长小鼠在低温环境中的存活时间 ;其最大耐受量大于 2 40g生药 kg;结论 :塞隆骨抗炎作用明显 ,这也是其治疗风湿、类风湿性关节炎的作用基础 ,同时可提高小鼠抗冷冻能力 ,且急性毒性小
