一种适应山区填土地基沉降的轻钢厂房柱基础

针对山区填土地基上的轻钢厂房结构,本文提出了一种适应填土地基沉降的钢结构柱下浅基础,该柱基础包括连接钢筋以及从上到下依次设置的柱底板、钢垫板、预制垫块和柱下独立基础,其中连接钢筋包括顶部螺杆钢筋、中部螺杆钢筋和底部锚栓螺杆钢筋。该钢结构柱基础结构合理,施工方便,安全可靠,可以根据需要随时调节柱底高度,能有效解决地基沉降对现有轻钢厂房柱基础施工及结构正常使用所带来的不利影响,在相应的工程建设中具有良好的经济效益和时间效益。 Aiming at the structure of light steel factory buildings on mountain fill ground, this paper presents a shallow foundation of steel structure column which is suitable for the settlement of filling ground. The steel structure column has the advantages of reasonable foundation structure, convenient and safe construction, and the height of the bottom of the column can be adjusted at any time according to needs, which can effectively solve the adverse effect brought by the foundation settlement and the normal operation of the structure of the light steel column, The construction of the project has good economic and time benefits.
