目标一:企业上信息化时,首先要优化流程,规范技术管理。在企业应用信息化的时候,为了让企业信息化取得成功,首先进行流程重组,也就是建立与 IT 管理手段相适应的流程,在优化流程的同时,不仅是保证信息化的成功,而且也是让企业的基础管理得到一个规范,进行一个优化,这个在规范基础管理方面,包括企业建立完整的业务流程体系,以及建立科学的组织体系,最后还包括有效的工作的绩效的建立。目标二:业务模式重组,提升企业竞争力。企业仅仅是为了规范基础管理或者是优化流程只是一个很浅层次的,只能保证企业信息化的成功,怎么样确保信息化。企业在实现信息管理,信息化的时候,怎么样投入 IT 的手段,实现企业业务模式的重组提升企业的竞争力。
