采用短程静态时域分析法及频域分析法检测了46例糖尿病(DM)患者的心率变异性(HRV)。时域分析表明DM患者HRV减小;频域分析提示DM患者心脏自主神经系统失衡,交感神经张力相对增高,副交感神经活性相对降低;相关分析显示DM患者之糖化血红蛋白浓度和周围神经平均传导速度与其HRV变化之间存在关联。
Heart rate variability (HRV) was measured in 46 patients with diabetes mellitus using short-range static time domain analysis and frequency domain analysis. Time domain analysis showed that HRV was decreased in DM patients. Frequency domain analysis suggested that cardiac autonomic nervous system imbalance, increased sympathetic tone and parasympathetic activity were decreased in DM patients. Correlation analysis showed that glycated hemoglobin and average peripheral nerve conduction velocity in DM patients were significantly correlated with There is a correlation between HRV changes.
