食用菌的菌种制种,历来都是将培养料装到瓶肩,离瓶口棉塞处有一段空隙,以满足菌种呼吸的氧气。我县自1979年以来,在蘑菇制种上,全面推广了“满瓶装料法”,即将培养料装至瓶口,使料与棉塞密接。这样,菌种的成品率反而有了提高。例如,1980年海滨副食品基地菌种厂蘑菇栽培种投产31万瓶,成品率达97%以上。去年我县的彭钲、六灶等菌种厂,在香菇制种上采用此法也获得成功。这种装料法有四个优点①发菌快。一般能在24~36小时内菌丝萌发,3天左右吃料。②封口快。
