为了协调解决我省图书情报工作领域的重大问题,实现文献资源的合理布局,建设图书情报部门计算机检索系统,开展图书情报部门的协调服务,根据国家“部际图书情报工作协调委员会”的文件精神,经省编委同意,由省科委、省文管会、省教委共同发起,商请省科学院、省社会科学院、省邮电管理局、省电子工业总公司、省档案局、省技术监督局、省新闻出版局、省农牧渔业厅、省农业科学院、省森工总局同意,决定成立黑龙江省厅(局)际图书情报工作协调委员会。一、成立协调委员会是我省图书情报界的一项改革,也是图书情报工作发展的必然趋势。我省图书情报工作分为科研、公共、高校等几大系统。由于长期条块分割的影响,各系统图书情报部门之间,缺乏必要的协作和协调,基本上处于分散的、孤立的、独家经营的状态之中,没有成为有机的整体,不能发挥整体优势。在文献资源方面不能合理布局,有些书
