为评估住院病人医嘱的合理用药水平,我们采用美康公司合理用药软件系统(PASS),对2004年4月定点科室住院病人用药医嘱,进行药物相互作用网上监控分析。网上监控共16629条次用药医嘱,显示各类问题的用药医嘱(黑、红、黄色)9898条,占59.52%;绝对禁止信息(黑色)的用药医嘱占0.63%,经过分析多数属于可以执行;与医生协商确实有必要修改的用药医嘱有7种,21条。该系统用于医嘱用药监测,有助于提高合理用药水平,但需要及时维护、更新药品信息,需要规范化的操作与管理。
To assess the rational use of inpatients ’medication, we adopted the Mellitus’ Rational Software for Drug Control (PASS) system and conducted an online monitoring analysis of drug interactions with in-patient patients in designated locations in April 2004. Online monitoring of a total of 16,629 prescription medication orders, showing that all kinds of problems of medication advice (black, red, yellow) 9898, accounting for 59.52%; absolute prohibition of information (black) medication doctor’s advice accounted for 0.63%, after analysis most of them are executable; Consultation with the doctor is indeed necessary to amend the medication advice there are 7, 21. The system is used to monitor the doctor’s orders and helps to improve the reasonable level of medication. However, the system needs timely maintenance and updating of drug information and requires standardized operation and management.
