本文研究了以(-)-trans-2,2-二甲基-3-异丁烯基环丙烷甲醇为拆分剂对(±)-cis-2,2-二甲基-3-异丁烯基环丙烷羧酸(顺式(±)菊酸)的动力学拆分。研究表明此菊酸酯在2米,10%DC-QF-1不锈钢色谱柱上可以得到完全分离。顺式(±)菊酸的两种立体异构体的酯化相对速率相差较大,本文研究了反应物比例,反应温度,反应时间对顺式(±)菊酸酯化产物的影响,选择较佳的反应条件,可以将顺式(±)菊酸的两种立体异构体分开。利用此反应对顺式(±)菊酸进行动力学拆分,获得(-)-顺式菊酸,其e,e值达95%。
In this paper, the effect of (-) - trans-2,2-dimethyl-3-isobutenylcyclopropanemethanol on the resolution of (±) -cis-2,2-dimethyl-3-isobutenylcyclopropane Carboxylic acid (cis (±) chrysanthemic acid) kinetic resolution.
