潍坊市卫生局自2001年开始提出在农村实施系统化大众卫生的思路,并突出强调大众卫生是大众参与的、大众化的、为大众利益的卫生,推行大众卫生服务模式就是要实现卫生事业的发展方向与人民大众利益一致的目标,全市农村围绕大众卫生服务这个主题进行了积极探索,走出了一条新时期农村大众卫生服务的新路子。
