加入WTO后,我国的各类产业面临着不同程度的国际竞争与合作,高素质人才严重缺乏的问题日益突出。人才的培养离不开教育,如何卓有成效地教育培养与国际接轨的人才,成为当今高等教育必须探讨的课题之一。本文结合当前时代背景及我国所面临的形势,分析了我国成人高等教育的现状,并对如何培养与国际接轨的人才提出了若干建议。
After joining the WTO, all kinds of industries in our country are confronted with varying degrees of international competition and cooperation, and the serious lack of high-quality personnel has become increasingly prominent. Talent cultivation is inseparable from education, how to effectively train and train personnel with international standards become one of the topics that must be explored in higher education today. Based on the current background of the times and the situation facing our country, this paper analyzes the current situation of adult higher education in our country and puts forward some suggestions on how to cultivate talents with international standards.
