目的探讨光固化复合树脂在前牙修复中的应用。方法选取医院2009年1月-2010年1月应用光固化复合树脂进行前牙修复的患者62例(132颗牙),观察其5年内修复效果。结果手术后第1年总有效率93.2%,第2年87.7%,自第3年起总有效率明显降低,与第1年比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论光固化复合树脂应用到前牙修复中具有较为明显近期治疗效果,但是远期疗效并不理想,需进一步完善。
Objective To investigate the application of light curing composite resin in anterior teeth repair. Methods Totally 62 patients (132 teeth) who underwent anterior tooth restoration with light-cured composite resin from January 2009 to January 2010 in our hospital were selected to observe the effect of restoration in 5 years. Results The total effective rate was 93.2% in the first year after surgery and 87.7% in the second year. The total effective rate decreased significantly from the third year after operation, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of light-cured composite resin in the treatment of anterior teeth has more obvious short-term therapeutic effect, but the long-term curative effect is not satisfactory and needs to be further improved.
