中国工业清洗协会文件中清协教培发[2017]14号各单位或个人:根据有关规范,储罐或油罐在使用3~6年以后需要维护和清洗,改储不同介质时也需要清洗,原油储罐在底部沉积到一定限度时也需要进行清洗。在役石油和化工储罐的清洗,是一项复杂并存在危险的作业,在违规操作时具有造成人身伤害甚至于丧失生命风险。为使广大从业者更系统、完整的掌握该项清洗技能,中清协将于2017年元月份举办一期《储罐机械清洗职业技能证书》认证及技术培训班。
