目的观察中药羌菖合剂对实验性脑缺血大鼠外周血细胞、血清生化指标的影响。方法采用颈总动脉结扎法建立脑缺血模型。动物分为羌菖合剂3d、7d组 ;假手术3d、7d组 ;生理盐水3d、7d组。用称重法测定脑含水量 ,常规测定各组外周血细胞与生化指标。结果中药3d、7d组右脑含水量明显低于相应对照组(P<0.05) ,中药3d组外周血WBC明显低于对照3d组(P<0.01) ,MPV与P -LCR明显高于对照组(P<0.01) ,而生化指标各组间无明显差别。结论羌菖合剂能明显降低实验性大鼠脑缺血时水肿程度 ,并在早期有减低白细胞应激性升高与血小板活性增强的作用 ,对机体无明显损伤。
Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal decoction on peripheral blood cells and serum biochemical indexes in experimental cerebral ischemia rats. Methods The cerebral ischemia model was established by ligation of the common carotid artery. The animals were divided into 3d and 7d groups; sham-operated 3d and 7d groups; normal saline 3d and 7d groups. The brain water content was measured by a weighing method, and the peripheral blood cells and biochemical indicators of each group were routinely measured. Results The water content of the right brain in the 3d and 7d groups of traditional Chinese medicine was significantly lower than that in the corresponding control group (P<0.05). The WBC in the peripheral blood of the 3d group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.01). MPV and P-LCR were significantly higher than those in the control group. (P<0.01), and there was no significant difference between the biochemical indicators. Conclusion Qi Mixture can significantly reduce the degree of edema in rats with cerebral ischemia, and it can reduce the increase of white blood cell stress and increase of platelet activity in the early stage. There is no obvious damage to the body.
