目的观察蓝芩口服液治疗儿童手足口病的疗效。方法选择连云港市东海县妇幼保健所2010年4月—2012年9月儿科门诊收治的普通型手足口病患儿76例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服蓝芩口服液,对照组口服利巴韦林片,5~7 d为1个疗程。结果蓝芩口服液治疗组与利巴韦林对照组2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论蓝芩口服液治疗儿童手足口病安全、有效。
Objective To observe the curative effect of Lanqin oral liquid on children hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods Sixty-six children with common hand-foot-mouth disease admitted to pediatric clinic in Donghai County, Lianyungang City from April 2010 to September 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was orally administered with Lanqin oral liquid and the control group Oral ribavirin tablets, 5 to 7 days for a course of treatment. Results There were significant differences in the total effective rate between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Lan Qin Oral Liquid for the treatment of children with hand, foot and mouth disease is safe and effective.
