文章为评价PR PLAST.S外加剂对沥青混合料路用性能的影响,室内进行了马歇尔试验、车辙试验、低温弯曲试验、水稳性试验等。试验结果表明,PR PLAST.S外加剂对沥青混合料的高温稳定性有十分明显的改善作用,合理剂量的PR PLAST.S沥青混合料的低温性能和水稳性符合规范要求;研究了PR PLAST.S外加剂改善沥青混合料抗车辙能力的机理,分析了PR PLAST.S沥青混合料在沥青路面结构中的合理适用性;通过铺筑试验路系统地总结了PR PLAST.S沥青混合料生产工艺,为PR PLAST.S的合理应用提供依据。
In order to evaluate the influence of PR PLAST.S admixture on asphalt pavement performance, Marshall test, rutting test, low temperature bending test and water stability test were conducted in the laboratory. The results showed that PR PLAST.S admixture had a very significant improvement on the high temperature stability of asphalt mixture. The low temperature property and water stability of PR PLAST.S asphalt mixture at a reasonable dosage met the standard requirements. PR PLAST .S admixture to improve the rutting resistance of asphalt mixture mechanism, analyzed PR PLAST.S asphalt mixture in the asphalt pavement structure of the reasonable applicability; by paving the test road systematically summarizes the PR PLAST.S asphalt mixture production Technology, provide the basis for the reasonable application of PR PLAST.S
