一、前言长期以来,人们认为低碳钢不能直接淬火强化,用于机械零件。低碳钢虽然塑性韧性好,但强度低,淬透性与淬硬性差,故一般排除在直接淬火热处理工艺以外。西安交大金属材料强度研究室十多年来的研究表明,低碳钢经强烈冷却是可以强化的,它可以获得一种称为低碳马氏体的组织,其强度可以提高一至二倍,同时兼有高塑性,高冲击韧性和低的冷脆转化温度。为了提高产品质量,挖掘材料潜力,近几年来,低碳马氏体强化工艺已在国内开始普遍试验及应用。

In order to improve product quality and tap the potential of materials, in recent years, low-carbon martensite strengthening process has been widely tested and applied in China.
