采用电弧喷涂方法在20钢表面制备Fe Cr Ni BSi Mo和Fe Cr Ni Nb BSi Mo涂层,研究其微观组织和耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,电弧喷涂20钢表面Fe Cr Ni Nb BSi Mo涂层是由金属相、氧化物以及孔隙组成的,其抗高温氧化性能优于Fe Cr Ni BSi Mo涂层。
The coating of Fe Cr Ni BSi Mo and Fe Cr Ni Nb BSi Mo on the surface of 20 steel was prepared by arc spraying. The microstructure and corrosion resistance of the coating were studied. The results show that the coating of Fe-Cr Ni-Nb-BSi Mo coating on the surface of 20 steel by arc spraying is composed of metal phases, oxides and pores, and its high temperature oxidation resistance is better than that of Fe-Cr-Ni-BSi-Mo coating.
