第一条(制定目的) 为了进一步促进本市行业协会的健康发展,发挥行业协会在社会主义市场经济中的积极作用,维护行业协会的合法权益,制定本办法。 第二条(定义) 本办法所称行业协会,是指由本市同业经济组织以及相关单位自愿组成的非营利性的以经济类为主的社团法人。 第三条(组织管理机构) 市行业协会发展署是经市人民政府授权的本市行业协会协会业务的主管部门,负责本市行业协会的发展规划、布局调整、政策制订和协调管理。
Article 1 For the purpose of further promoting the healthy development of trade associations in this Municipality, giving play to the positive role of trade associations in the socialist market economy and safeguarding the lawful rights and interests of trade associations, these Measures are formulated. Article 2 (Definition) The term “industry association” as mentioned in the present Measures refers to a non-profit, economic-based corporation which is voluntarily formed by the economic organizations of the same city and relevant units. Article 3 (Organization and Management Institutions) Municipal Trade Associations and Development Agencies The Municipal Development Associations and Municipal Development Associations are the competent authorities of the municipal associations of industry associations authorized by the Municipal People’s Government and are responsible for the development planning, layout adjustment, policy formulation and coordinated management of their associations.
