近年来自由基参与脑梗塞后的病理生理过程越来越受到人们的重视,但对脑出血损伤中自由基作用的报道尚少。本文通过对急性高血压性脑出血患者血浆脂质过氧化物(LPO)的测定,来探讨脑出血急性期血浆LPO的变化及其与愈后的关系,以便为治疗提供理论依据。
In recent years, the pathophysiological process of free radicals involved in cerebral infarction has drawn more and more attention, but few reports on the role of free radicals in cerebral hemorrhage injury. In this paper, the determination of plasma lipid peroxides (LPO) in patients with acute hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage to explore the changes of plasma LPO in acute stage of cerebral hemorrhage and its relationship with prognosis in order to provide a theoretical basis for the treatment.
