中国高校的发展历时较长,留下了很多历史建筑。在保护历史建筑的基础上对它们进行节能改造,既可以提升此类建筑的室内热舒适品质,又可以延长其使用寿命。本文通过对典型案例建筑的能耗调研和测试,发现该类建筑的能耗问题主要体现在采光、通风、热舒适度及系统方面,只有从整体性、适应性、经济性、原真性、安全性五大方面制定高校历史建筑改造原则,并以此为基础确立改造方案,选用一体化综合技术,而后通过改造前后的建筑能耗模拟对技术可实施性进行分析和修正,才能实现该类建筑的可持续发展。
The development of Chinese universities lasted a long time, leaving a lot of historical buildings. Energy-saving retrofit of these buildings on the basis of protecting historic buildings not only enhances the indoor thermal comfort of such buildings, but also prolongs their service life. Through the research and test on the energy consumption of the typical case buildings, this paper finds that the energy consumption problems of such buildings are mainly reflected in the lighting, ventilation, thermal comfort and system aspects, only from the integrity, adaptability, economy, authenticity, safety The five major aspects of the development of colleges and universities to revise the principle of historical building, and as a basis for the establishment of transformation programs, the use of integrated technology, and then through the transformation of the building energy consumption simulation of the technical implementation of the analysis and correction in order to achieve this type of building sustainable development.
