目的:建立同时测定益心宁神片中人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rd、五味子醇甲和五味子乙素5种成分含量的方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,Agilent TC-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱;流速为1.0 m L/min;柱温35℃;ELSD漂移管温度110℃;气体流速3.6 L/min。结果:人参皂苷Re、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rd、五味子醇甲和五味子乙素的进样量分别在1.1371~16.9755μg(r1=0.9999)、1.4028~21.042μg(r2=0.9996)、1.7136~25.704μg(r3=0.9998)、2.5044~37.566μg(r4=0.9997)、1.0384~15.576μg(r5=0.9996)范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为98.45%、98.56%、98.52%、98.05%、98.49%。结论:该方法操作简单、准确、重复性好,可用于益心宁神片的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of five components, namely ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rd, schisandrin A and Schisandrin B, in Yixinning tablets. Methods: The HPLC-ELSD method was used on an Agilent TC-C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water (B) gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL / Temperature 35 ° C .; ELSD drift tube temperature 110 ° C; gas flow 3.6 L / min. Results: The injection volumes of ginsenoside Re, ginsenoside Rg1, ginsenoside Rd, schizandrin A and Schisandrin B were 1.1371 ~ 16.9755μg (r1 = 0.9999), 1.4028 ~ 21.042μg (r2 = 0.9996), 1.7136 ~ 25.704 (r3 = 0.9998), 2.5044 ~ 37.566μg (r4 = 0.9997) and 1.0384 ~ 15.576μg (r5 = 0.9996) .The average recoveries were 98.45%, 98.56% and 98.52% 98.05%, 98.49%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can be used for the quality control of Yixinning tablet.
