自从我国实施计划生育以来,不仅家庭结构发生了结构性变化而且人口增长速度不断下降,独生子女家庭成为了社会的主流结构,由此直接导致和加剧了失独家庭的出现,进而引发了严重的社会养老危机,失独家庭社会保障由此成为了社会普遍关注的问题。本文通过分析我国失独家庭现状进而从法律制度建设、养老模式建设、社会救助体系等方面提出了相应建议,以期为促进我国失独家庭社会保障建设有所启发意义。 Since the implementation of family planning in our country, not only structural changes have taken place in the family structure, but also the rate of population growth has been declining. Only-child families have become the mainstream structure of society, which directly leads to and exacerbates the emergence of the family with the loss of independence, The social pension crisis and the social security of the family that has lost its independence have thus become the issues of general concern to the society. Based on the analysis of the status quo of the families who have lost their independence in China, this article puts forward some suggestions from the aspect of legal system construction, model of building old-age pension and social assistance system so as to provide some inspiration for promoting the social security construction of the lost-off families in our country.
