1 卫生防疫改革从完善乡(镇)、村网络抓起。随着农村经济体制改革的深入,农民经济状况有了可喜的变化,卫生需求也越来越高。为了巩固三级卫生防疫网,保证防疫工作落实到千家万户,我们在县卫生局领导下,从统一思想、加强管理、合医合药、村办乡管、解决报酬着手,在全县解决了村卫生室这个防疫网网底建设的难题,全县416个村,村村建有坚持合作医疗制度的村卫生室;村村有乡村医生分管卫生防疫工作,充分发挥了乡村医生在卫生防疫工作中的生力军作用。
