目前,智能变电站二次设备种类多、数量多,调试内容多,而建设现场调试环境一般较差,需要多个单位的工程师联合调试,调试过程中经常出现返工的现象,导致调试效率低下。在时间紧迫任务艰巨的情况下,如果调试不充分,则会埋下安全隐患。给出了工厂化、一体化及自动化的调试技术方案,将现场调试工作向厂内转移,所有产品一体化调试,采用组态调试软件实现自动化调试。该调试技术方案已在新一代智能变电站示范工程中得到应用,达到了提高调试质量、缩短调试周期及节约人工成本的目的。
At present, the secondary substations of smart substations have many types of equipment, large quantities of contents, and many contents of debugging. However, the debugging environment of the construction site is generally poor, which requires the joint commissioning of engineers of multiple units. Rework often occurs during debugging, resulting in inefficient commissioning. In times of urgent and arduous task, if the debugging is not sufficient, it will lay a security risk. The industrialized, integrated and automated commissioning solutions are given. The on-site commissioning work is transferred to the factory. All products are integratedly commissioned and the commissioning software is automatically commissioned. The debugging technical scheme has been applied in a new generation of intelligent substation demonstration project, achieving the purpose of improving the debugging quality, shortening the debugging cycle and saving the labor cost.
