试验结果表明:春小麦杂种一代的优势是普遍存在的。具有平均优势的组合性状占性状总数的63.27%,超亲优势占56.46%;杂种一代的主穗粒重具有很强的超亲优势,与大值亲本比较达高度显著水准(p<0.005)。主穗粒重与主穗的穗长、有效小穗数、穗粒数、千粒重等四个性状的超亲优势呈极显著的正相关;通径分析表明,上述四个性状的超亲优势对主穗粒重超亲优势的直接效应大小顺序为:有效小穗数>穗长>千粒重>穗粒数。因此,在选配亲本和进行F_1组合取舍时,在丰产性状上要重点考虑有效小穗数。
The experimental results show that the advantages of the hybrid generation of spring wheat are ubiquitous. The combined traits with average advantage accounted for 63.27% of the total number of traits and 56.46% of the super-parents, and the main grain weight of the hybrids had strong super-parents superiority (p <0.005) compared with the large parent.
