近年来,辊锻工艺已在我国逐步推广,辊锻制坯和成形在热加工行业中正得到日益广泛的应用,作为实现辊锻工艺的辊锻机也日趋完善和发展。辊锻机一般都配有专用的送料装置。我厂新产品XF-008型辊锻机械手即为配备D42-400型双支承辊锻机的自动送料装置。我厂与上海工具厂合作,为改变φ32.6～49.5毫米锥柄麻花钻头生产状况,采用热辊锻扭槽塑性变形工艺代替传统的切削成形法。以250KW-2500HZ的中频加热电源、扭槽机及扭槽
