COSINUS计划是欧盟研究与技术部与1997-2000年间开展的关于河口及沿海地区粘性沉积物输运以及底质形态变化预测的综合研究项目。本文介绍了该项目的总体研究思路和技术路线,展示了该项目在沉积物输运调查、观测、数值模拟等方面取得的成果,为我国开展河口沉积物输运固结研究开拓思路。
The COSINUS program is a comprehensive research project conducted by the EU Department of Research and Technology and the 1997-2000 prediction of viscous sediment transport and sediment morphological changes in estuarine and coastal areas. This paper introduces the overall research ideas and technical routes of the project, and presents the achievements in the investigation, observation and numerical simulation of sediment transport in this project, which opens up new ideas for the research on sediment transport and consolidation in estuaries.
