传统的建筑结构设计已不能满足建筑业的发展,BIM技术作为较先进的技术应用,“所见即所得”的设计模式可以让相关人员能够更直观的了解设计的初衷及理念,保证沟通的畅通性。BIM技术具有模拟性、协调性、可视性、优化性及共享性等众多优点,使建筑结构设计更能满足人们的要求。如何做好建筑结构设计的应用,需从设计前期开始做好基础工作,设计过程中动态控制,建筑结构的设计考虑各个因素,全员参与,以满足设计方案的最优,推动建筑业发展。BIM技术也存在一些不足,这是我们未来努力的方向。
The traditional architectural design can no longer meet the needs of the construction industry. The BIM technology, as a more advanced technology application, has a design pattern of “what you see is what you get is”, so that the relevant personnel can understand the original intention and concept of the design more intuitively and ensure communication Unobstructed. BIM technology has many advantages such as simulation, coordination, visibility, optimization and sharing, so that the structural design of buildings can better meet people’s requirements. How to do a good job in the application of building structure design, basic work needs to be done from the pre-design stage, the dynamic control during the design process, the design of the building structure to consider various factors, full participation to meet the design optimization and promote the development of the construction industry. BIM technology there are some deficiencies, this is our direction for the future efforts.
