初春的大别山是明媚的。明媚的大别山是花的世界。在四月杜鹃花盛开的时节,我应邀前往金寨县采访燕子河梯级开发小水电的建设。当接完电话后,象初次受到情人的约会,我竟为能去老区采访激动不已。大别山处处为苍翠的松柏装点着,曲曲流淌的燕子河,在山的怀抱中。山又为许多小溪环绕,淙淙的的流水声,宛若琴声在山谷间昼夜响彻着。这使凹凸有致、雄浑苍健的山脉充满了生机。前几天,这里刚下过一场大雨,如今环山四顾,满目皆绿。那笼罩在山头上的薄雾 Dabie Mountain in early spring is bright.
