在二维平面上呈现娜布其的雕塑几乎是一个悖论。画面中的雕塑失去了原有的尺寸和比例,物体与身体在空间中的相对关系成为悬疑,雕塑家的工作中至关重要的身体性从而被消解。然而与此同时,画面中被定格的雕塑形象却放大了雕塑家创作中的另一个维度,即通过雕塑的视觉元素创造抽象的、只有通过想象才能够接近的风景。
It is almost a paradox to present Nabucco’s sculpture in two dimensions. The sculpture in the picture loses its original size and proportion, the relative relationship between the object and the body in space becomes suspense, and the vital physicality of the sculptor’s work is thus eliminated. In the meantime, however, the sculptured sculptural image of the picture magnifies yet another dimension in the sculptor’s creation, namely the creation of an abstract landscape through the visual elements of sculpture that is accessible only through imagination.
