目的:通过建立动物实验质量评价信息采集表系统评价近年来以猪为研究对象的有关冠心病实验研究的质量,进一步提高实验研究的设计水准及规范。方法:根据动物实验研究报告指南和动物实验金标准报告清单为参考准则,建立动物实验质量评价信息采集表,对纳入文献进行评价。结果:共纳入51篇文献,分别从前言背景信息、实验动物、饲养场所及方法、实验仪器药品、实验设计、实验方法、结果、讨论等方面进行统计分析。结论:国内以猪作为研究对象的有关冠心病的实验研究中,文献质量的总体水平亟待提高。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the quality of experimental research on coronary heart disease in pigs in recent years through the establishment of animal experiment quality evaluation information collection system to further improve the experimental design standards and norms. Methods: According to the animal experiment research report and the animal experiment gold standard report list as the reference criteria, the animal experiment quality evaluation information collection table was established to evaluate the included literature. Results: A total of 51 articles were included in this study. The background information, experimental animals, breeding places and methods, experimental instruments, experimental design, experimental methods, results and discussion were respectively analyzed statistically. Conclusion: The domestic research on coronary heart disease in pigs, the overall quality of the literature needs to be improved.
