时光如梭,不知不觉中我已参加工作并承担班主任工作都有十年了!回顾这段美好时光,有遗憾,但更多的是收获!在教学过程中,我不断的观看专家老师的案例视频,和学校里有经验的老教师请教,受学校委派去外地学习观摩,这些都为我更好的做好班主任工作,努力提高学生素质,根据学生个体差异因材施教,促进学生的德智体全面发展指明了方向,奠定了良好基础!在此过程中,我深深的知道,一个班级的健康成长离不开学困生的转化与良好发展,了解研
