近阅孔增科同志新作《实用中药手册》(天津科技出版社,1990年第1版,1993年第2次印刷),发现在朱砂项下,作者认为:①本品有毒,不宜大量服用。②若入水煎服,则须先煎30min。对此,笔者持不同意见,经调查发现,确有将朱砂单味入汤先煎或与其它饮片拌制后共同煎煮的现象,商榷如下,以期引起重视。 1 朱砂先煎,难以吸收 朱砂系天然的辰砂矿石,主含硫化汞,水中溶解度极低,延长煎煮时间(先煎),并不能提高所含成分的溶出率。且朱砂比重较大
